Chango has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors. Any such content is immediately removed, and we take strong action against any accounts sharing or promoting it.
Our Terms of Use explicitly prohibit the posting, sharing, or promoting of CSAE content. These documents are easily accessible to all users via the Chango app and website. Our stance is clear and non-negotiable.
Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly within the app through our reporting system. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and urgent cases are escalated.
