Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content

Chango has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behaviour related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors. Any such content is immediately removed, and we take strong action against any accounts sharing or promoting it.

Clear Policies & Public Commitment

Our Terms of Use explicitly prohibit the posting, sharing, or promoting of CSAE content. These documents are easily accessible to all users via the Chango app and website. Our stance is clear and non-negotiable.

Easy-to-Use Reporting Tools

Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly within the app through our reporting system. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and urgent cases are escalated.

Swift Action & Legal Reporting

If we become aware of any CSAM, we:

• Remove it immediately
• Report the incident to appropriate law enforcement or regional reporting authorities (e.g. the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children – NCMEC)
• Cooperate fully with any investigations

Compliance with Laws and Industry Best Practices

Chango complies with all relevant child safety laws and regulations in the regions we operate. We stay updated on best practices and regularly review our processes to ensure we’re doing everything possible to protect minors.
