Private groups are groups created by any member of Chango. These groups are self-created and managed.

Public groups are groups created by a corporate institution that is duly registered and has a registered bank account in a commercial bank. The target is mainly governmental or non-governmental organisations.
Does it cost anything to use Chango?
There is no cost for using Chango or having funds in a group. However, regular charges through your cell phone carrier or card issuer may apply.

Chango works with Android and iOS Mobile devices.
What payment method can i use to contribute to Chango?
Chango supports Mobile Money, Card Payments, and bank accounts where available.

Is Chango a Scam ?
No, it is not. The Chango App has been approved by the Central Bank of Ghana. It was developed by an Enhanced PSP licensed company, IT Consortium. The company is also ISO/IEC 2700:2013 and PCI DSS Certified. All the contributions on Chango are kept securely with our Partner banks until the group cashout their funds.

No. Chango is an App which helps users to contribute in a group and cashout the money for an intended use.
Will the app support offline mode?
All features of Chango App require an internet connection to function.
In What countries can I use Chango?
Chango can be used in any country but Cashout can only be made in Ghana, Kenya Rwanda and Liberia,
