Is Chango App safe?
Yes, the application employs the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is one of the strongest encryption technologies most commonly used by large-scale online merchants, banks, and brokerages worldwide. All online sessions are protected by up to 128-bit encryption, which best protects your information against disclosure to third parties.
Is Chango a scam?
No, it is not. Chango App has been approved by the Central Bank of Ghana. It was developed by an Enhanced PSP licensed company, IT Consortium. The company is also ISO/IEC 2700:2013 and PCI DSS Certified. All the contributions on Chango are kept securely with our Partner banks until the group cashout their funds.
Who can use Chango?
Any group of people with the aim of putting funds together or crowdfunding for a cause can use Chango. Some of the users are students, group of friends, old students Associations, clubs, NGO’s, Corporate organizations etc.
How do we contribute?
Contributions can be made with Mobile money and Visa/Mastercard. This means anybody, irrespective of your geographical location can contribute.
Are there any charges?
There are no charges for using the Chango App. However, there are channel charges applied when users are contributing using mobile money or cards.
How can I get my money off or cash my money from Chango?
Users can withdraw or cashout their funds into a specified Mobile Money wallet or Bank account
Will the app support offline mode?
All features of Chango App require an internet connection to function.
In what countries can I use Chango?
Chango can be used in any country but Cashout can only be made in Ghana and Kenya.
