The Guest Contribution feature enables non-members of a private Chango group to make a one-off contribution to a private group’s temporary campaign without downloading the Chango mobile application, registering, or joining the group. These external contributors shall be referred to as Guest Contributors.

Contributions shall be made through:

• Web Checkout, or
• USSD Code

Acknowledgement of Contribution

By proceeding with this payment, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution to a Chango campaign in a private group. You confirm that:

• you have reviewed the campaign details before making payment
• the contribution amount entered is correct
• this payment is voluntary and authorised by you

Please Note

• Contributions made to this campaign are processed directly to the receiving group
• Chango only provides the payment platform and does not guarantee the purpose, outcome, or use of funds by the campaign administrator
• Completed payments may not be reversible except in cases of proven unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
• All payments are processed through a secure, regulated payment infrastructure. We do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers on our systems.
• All transactions may be monitored for fraud and compliance purposes, and the Platform reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction deemed suspicious.
• A Guest Contributor shall not be entitled to participate in any cash-out voting or approval process conducted by the receiving group. Only registered group members with the appropriate permissions may participate in cash-out decisions and governance activities of the group.
